JBW Full History
The JBW was created by Jonathan Adam Buck and is now the reigning owner. This unforgiving orginization was born on the
day of November 18, 2001. Then six days later they crowned their first World Heavy-Weight Champion on November 24, 2001 when
the owner of the JBW The Buck defeated BAZ. Many championships have been made after including the Hardcore title, United States
title, and Intercontinental title. JBW has also introduced many grueling and brutal matches including the Licensed to Kill
match created by Jon Buck and the Beat Down match created by BAZ. But the JBW is more than just championships and matches;
it's about great wrestlers. One of the greatest competitors in this organization is BAZ also known as BAZ the SPAZ. He has
made an impact like no one else by capturing the first U.S. Championship and retiring that title two years later with the
Light-Weight title. He has also created and won the first ever Beat Down match to capture his third Intercontinental Championship.
Another extraordinary wrestler in the JBW is none other than the youngest but most impressive Jeff. He was the first person
ever to win the Light-Weight title and the Tag Team title with BAZ in the JBW. But Jeff's shining moment was when he became
a two time World Heavy-Weight Champion by defeating both Buck and BAZ in a Championship tournament on May 10, 2003. But all
good things came to an end when Buck defeated Jeff on June 14, 2003 and regained the World Heavy-Weight Championship. Buck
is now holding that title but as the saying goes there is better out there. So Buck may meet his match some day to be defeated
for that championship. Tragedy struck the JBW hard on October 7, 2003 when the owner stumbled apon another JBW. This JBW calls
themselves "Jeff's Backyard Wrestling", they evolved in November 1999. To avoid any legal charges for likeness rights
the JBW owned by Jonathan Buck changed their name to the JBWF (Jersey Backyard Wrestling Federation). JBWF got an impressive
new addition to the roster when Stefan Davis joined in early October. He shocked the JBWF by winning his first championship
by choking out and pinning Jeff for the Hardcore Championship during the 24/7 rule. October 28, 2003 a day that will live
in the heart of the owner forever. On this day JBWF was forced to close it's doors due to legal problems with the standard
contract and the insurance claim. JBWF will remember there last champions with pride and honor. The World Heavy-Weight Champion
BAZ the SPAZ, the Intercontinental Champion The Buck, the Hardcore Champion Stefan Davis, and the Tag Team Champions BAZ the
Spaz and The Buck. Even though JBWF was killed by the goverment in a matter of two weeks, the two years that JBWF was alive
will live forever in the hearts and minds of all the wrestlers. "Thank you all for your hard work, support, and dedication
for these two last years. I can't image how this affects you but I hope you have enjoyed yourselves. Thank you again and goodbye.",
the very last statement made by the owner of JBWF Jonathan Adam Buck alias The Buck.
Though however the JBW/JBWF is legally shut down, the JBWF still stands strong. With hope that one day, the JBWF will
be able to gain all they need to make the JBWF legal.
